Bhojana-Amritam was conceptualized in 2011 by the Hare Krishna Charities, to support underprivileged in-patient attendants and workers at Government Hospitals. It all started with serving of small number of people at Indo American Cancer Hospital in 2011, which later progressively expanded to 15 Government hospitals. Bhojana-Amritam has been blessing for many patient attendants who otherwise do not get a square meal in a day.

The Annapurna programme, popularly known as Rs.5/- meal program, was launched in 2014 and subsidized by the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC), to help the underprivileged and needy. Under this program, Hare Krishna Charities has relentlessly been providing hot, hygienic and nutritious meals to numerous underprivileged beneficiaries such as commercial drivers, labourers from various industries, unemployed, students and many more. Hare Krishna Charities serves in more than 150 food centres within the limits of GHMC across Hyderabad and have successfully extended the programme to various municipalities and corporations across Telangana

Saddimoota is an expression of our gratitude to farmers, by providing them hygienic and hot meals when they visit market yards. This is a program initiated to feed our Annadatas. The subsidised meal is offered at Rs.10/- meal to farmers and hamalis at different market yards of Telangana. Currently Hare Krishna Charities serves in the market yards of Siddipet, Gajwel, Vantimamidi and Bowenpally.

Swasthya Ahara Programme was launched in 2017 by the Hare Krishna Charities to fulfil the nutritional needs of underprivileged children in Government schools. Swasthya Ahara strives to provide healthy and hearty millet based breakfast to the children with an aim to enrich the children with sufficient nutrients, essential for healthy growth and development as well the ability to focus on studies.
